The Property
Set on a 1 acre property, our facility features a mountain view, a vast ocean view, and a beautiful tranquil yard with plenty of resting spots. Bella Vita Senior Living is a recently renovated community located in the heart of Arroyo Grande, convenient to shopping, restaurants and healthcare facilities.
Regular planned outings to beaches, restaurants and parks – with free transportation provided by our friendly and knowledgeable staff – keep our residents socially active while wellness and exercise classes provide a perfect opportunity for residents to stay physically fit.
